How do you find the right mortgage?
Print How do you find the right mortgage?  Print Document

When it comes to what is in most cases our biggest monthly outlay of money, many of us simply shrug our shoulders and pay.  Interest rates change and so do our mortgage repayments, we talk about it, it appears on the news, but can we really do anything about it?

The answer is yes but many of us choose not to.  Mortgages seem complicated, with so many products, different percentages quoted, and don’t even talk about the charges.

That’s where Michael Jones can help.  Unlike your bank or building society, we have access to not only one lender’s products but across the whole of market, some of which are not available from your local high street bank.  We can use our experience to work out exactly how you might be able to save money on your monthly outgoings.

In the course of about an hour, by asking a few simple questions about your circumstances and importantly your household income and expenditure, we can work out exactly how much you can afford to borrow and how much a lender is willing to lend.

So if you think you are paying too much on your mortgage, don’t know where to find the best rates or simply want help on finding the right mortgage for your own circumstances, then why not give us a call.

Your home will be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You can choose how we are paid for mortgages; pay a fee, usually 0.5% of the loan amount or we can accept commission from the lender. In addition to this we will charge a £325.00 administration fee once a mortgage offer has been secured.

This article (How do you find the right mortgage?) is intended to provide a general appreciation of the topic and it is not advice.
